The providers and staff of the Hagerstown office of  Capital Women’s Care is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Jesse Woo.  Dr. Woo completed his undergraduate education at Johns Hopkins University in 2003.  He received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2009 and completed his residency at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore in 2013.  Dr. Woo will begin seeing patients in August!
