The physicians of Capital Women’s Care are pleased to announce the addition of Marlea Boyd, PA-C to our staff beginning May 1st, 2017.

Marlea J. Boyd, PA-C studied Forensic Science at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, graduating with her Bachelor of Science. From there she attended James Madison University where she received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies. Marlea is extremely passionate about patient education and building strong patient-provider relationships. Her areas of interest include adolescent health, preventative medicine, menstrual irregularities, and overall women’s wellness. She recently moved to Frederick from Roanoke, Virginia and spends her free time cooking and exploring her new home town
