In honor of Administrative Professional’s Day, Capital Women’s Care is celebrating the four staff members that are often the first to greet a patient and the last to say goodbye. 

Missy (phone room lead) – 8 years of service

Before joining the CWC team, she was a patient and was pleased with the care she received. She was impressed with the excellent reputation of the practice. Missy is the “voice” of CWC, she is the one you hear on our telephone system when calling the office. Missy feels pleased to be part of a practice that is highly regarded within the community.  Missy loves interacting with patients and assisting them with scheduling an appointment to receive the rapid care they deserve. In her spare time, she enjoys attending church functions and acts as a youth leader.  Missy likes watching movies and playing board games with family and friends.

Tammy (checkin-in lead) – 14 years of service

Tammy has been with Dr. Solberg since 2000, when he was a solo practitioner. She enjoys building relationships with new patients and looks forward to seeing those that have been with the practice long term. Tammy is an excellent resource in helping patients work through insurance issues. She enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and cheering on her son during his sporting events.

Cindy (check-out lead) – 6 years of experience

Cindy began as a patient of the practice.  She loved the atmosphere and was impressed with the compassionate care she received from both the providers and staff.  Cindy enjoys developing a rapport with patients and looks forward to supporting them throughout every stage of pregnancy.  Cindy once called a patient who was having a difficult time with her pregnancy every morning to provide her with words of encouragement.  Cindy loves spending time with her fellow co-workers – “second family.”  Cindy enjoys weekend travel adventures with her family and watching her boys play soccer.

Denise (business office lead) – 10 years of experience

Denise was excited about joining a team of highly regarded physicians who provide individualized care to women throughout every stage of life.  She enjoys educating patients about their insurance plans and ensures patient claims are billed correctly.  Denise enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and visiting her brother who lives in England. She is always up for a challenge and loves learning new things.
